We've narrowed our service line on purpose. Most agencies sell breadth — twenty disciplines, generalist delivery, and a sales pitch that adapts to whatever you ask for. We've gone the other way. The work we take on clusters into four strategic pillars where senior, hands-on experience compounds and where we can stand behind the outcome.

Each pillar is a place where we've shipped enough to recognise the failure modes before they happen. Shopify Plus, because that's where mid-market commerce actually lives. Fractional CTO, because the gap between a founder-built stack and an investable platform is a leadership problem before it's a code problem. Ecommerce SEO, because growth retailers leak more revenue to bad site architecture than to ad spend. And AI-native build, because the next generation of products will be assembled differently — and most teams don't yet have the muscle for it.

Underneath those pillars sit a handful of cross-cutting capabilities — platform engineering, CRM, data, web — that almost every engagement leans on. We surface them separately below so the full surface area is visible, but in practice they show up inside the pillar work, not as standalone retainers. The same senior team scopes the strategy, writes the code, and runs the rollout — the discipline labels are for navigation, not handoffs.
