Modern Slavery Statement

Last Updated: July 2, 2026

Rogue Digital Ltd (Company No. 15403136) is committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or our supply chain. Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights, and we have no tolerance for it.

We fall below the 36 million pounds annual turnover threshold that makes a statement mandatory under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, so this statement is voluntary. We publish it because good practice should not wait for a legal obligation.

Our business and supply chain

We are a UK-based digital and AI engineering firm with a small senior team. Our supply chain is mostly software, cloud and professional-services providers rather than physical goods or manual labour, which puts us at lower inherent risk. Lower risk is not zero risk, so we stay alert rather than complacent.

Our approach

  • We work with reputable, established suppliers and expect them to uphold the same standards we do.
  • We treat our own people fairly, lawfully and with respect, including the right to fair pay and safe working conditions.
  • We encourage anyone, inside or outside the business, to raise concerns about modern slavery, and we will act on them.

Review

We review this statement at least once a year and update it as our business and supply chain change.
