We price against the size of the prize.

A day rate tells you what we cost. It tells you nothing about what the work is worth. So we price on value, and we start you with a fixed-price entry sprint, not a blank cheque.

In short

Rogue Digital prices against the size of the prize, not a day rate, so there is no fixed price list. You start with a fixed-price entry sprint: a fixed price you know up front, credited in full against the build if you go ahead, that ends in a costed, prioritised, decision-grade plan you own. Like it, we build it. Don't, you keep the plan and owe us nothing more.

Fixed-price entry sprint

The lowest-risk way to start. A fixed price you know up front, credited in full against the build if you go ahead. You leave with a costed, prioritised, decision-grade plan you own and could hand to any developer.

Like it, we build it. Don't, you keep the plan and owe us nothing more. A decision-grade plan, or your money back.

Where it goes from there

Advise

Fractional CTO, technical strategy, roadmaps and senior advisory: ongoing senior input without a full-time hire.

Build

Hands-on delivery (Shopify Plus, platform engineering, AI and data, CRM), shipped by the senior team that scoped it.

Partner

End-to-end across build and growth: engineering plus performance marketing, run as one team.

How we price

We scope to the problem, not to a SKU. The same senior team that scopes the work delivers it, so a quote reflects the actual shape of the engagement (the platform, the timeline, and who is on it) rather than a packaged tier you have to fit into. You are paying for a team that has both advised and built at scale: founders who helped scale a regulated marketplace roughly 10x through a £200m exit, and who ship the work themselves rather than pricing a brief they will hand off.

The entry sprint gives you a real number and a decision-grade plan before you commit to a build. A discovery call is the fastest way to start.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Rogue Digital cost? +
We price against the size of the prize, not a day rate. A day rate tells you what we cost; it tells you nothing about what the work is worth. The cost of leaving the problem unsolved is almost always bigger than the cost of fixing it, and that is the number we work from. You never start with a blank cheque: you start with a fixed-price entry sprint, a number you know up front, credited in full against the build if you go ahead.
Why not publish a price list? +
Because no two engagements are the same. A fractional-CTO advisory relationship and a Shopify Plus replatform sit in different leagues of scope, risk and team, and pretending complex work fits a fixed SKU helps nobody. We scope a precise figure once we understand the brief, and the fixed-price entry sprint means you see a real number before you commit to a build.
How do we start? +
With a fixed-price entry sprint. You get a costed, prioritised, decision-grade plan you own and could hand to any developer. Like it, we build it, and the sprint fee is credited in full against the build. Don't, you keep the plan and owe us nothing more. A decision-grade plan, or your money back.
