If you arrived from a Google ad, accepted cookies and then send us a form, we may report to Google Ads that the click led to an enquiry, using the ad's click identifier and the time of your enquiry. We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Business-to-Business Marketing

From time to time we contact businesses directly about our services. Where we do, we may hold a business contact's name, role, business email address and publicly listed business details. We obtain these from publicly available and third-party sources, including the organisation's own website, Companies House, the Financial Conduct Authority's Financial Services Register, and business email-verification services.

We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in marketing relevant services to businesses, and we contact corporate subscribers only. You can object at any time: every message includes an opt-out, or you can reply asking us to stop, or contact us using the details below, and we will remove your details and not contact you again.

We hold a prospect's name, job title, work email, company, website, where we found the details, the dates we made contact and any replies. If you have not replied, we delete these details 12 months after our last email to you. If you opt out, we keep a minimal record (your email address, domain, the date and the reason) for as long as we carry out business-to-business marketing, so that we never contact you again.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to process and manage data submitted through this website. The same list, with what each does, is on our DPA & sub-processors page:

• Vercel Inc.: Website and application hosting, where the work includes it (United States and European Union)
• Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend): Sends transactional email from the applications and forms Rogue runs (United States)
• Cloudflare, Inc.: DNS, network protection and the website form's spam check (Turnstile) (Global network)
• Web3Forms: Delivers the website contact form to Rogue by email (India, with infrastructure in several regions)
• Google LLC (Google Analytics): Website analytics, only where the visitor consents (United States and global)

Web3Forms

Our contact forms use Web3Forms for email delivery. When you submit a form, your data is sent to Web3Forms' servers to facilitate email delivery to our team. Web3Forms processes this data according to their own privacy policy.

Other Services

We also use Google Analytics and Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, and, if you accept cookies, Google Ads and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure our advertising. Our Cookie Policy says what each one collects.

8. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (including Vercel Inc., Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend), Cloudflare, Inc., Web3Forms, Google LLC (Google Analytics)) may process data outside the UK.
