The Challenge

Kithe is a newly-formed UK growth and innovation consultancy with a sharp proposition and a pitch deck, but no website, no brand system beyond that deck, and no way to reach the senior leaders and investors it was built to serve. It needed a credible, premium primary web presence, and it needed it fast.

The Solution

We designed and built Kithe's complete launch website straight from the pitch deck: a brand-faithful design system, nine pages built from a fifteen-type section library, a GSAP motion layer, a headless Sanity CMS so the team can publish without a developer, a first-party contact pipeline, and full SEO hardening. From deck to a live site on the client's own domain, kithe.uk, in about a week.

The Challenge: A Growth Consultancy With No Website

Kithe is a new UK growth and innovation consultancy that blends the rigour of a growth consultancy, the craft of a design studio, and the delivery of a technology partner. The proposition was sharp. The problem was that it existed only as a pitch deck: no website, no brand system beyond that deck, no typography or colour spec, and no way to reach the senior leaders and investors it was built to serve. A consultancy that sells credibility cannot introduce itself with a missing front door, and the founders needed a premium presence fast, without a three-month agency timeline.

The Build: Pitch Deck to Live Site in a Week

We designed and built Kithe’s complete launch website straight from the deck and put it live on its own domain, kithe.uk, in about a week.

First we turned the deck into a design system: a self-hosted Switzer typeface, a warm stone-and-ink palette, a custom logo lockup, and a light and dark theme that inverts with a circular-reveal transition. Everything reads as one considered brand, not a template dressed up.

On top of that sit nine pages, built from a library of fifteen reusable section types, covering the proposition, the five-stage method, the engagement models, the investor story, and an insights area. A GSAP motion layer adds scroll reveals, line-masked kinetic type, and a pinned through-line on the method. It is fully reduced-motion aware and ships zero animation code to visitors who prefer less movement.

We wired it to last, not just to launch. A headless Sanity CMS lets the team publish and edit without a developer. A first-party contact pipeline handles enquiries. And a full SEO and answer-engine layer, canonical metadata, a JSON-LD entity graph, a sitemap, and an llms.txt for AI crawlers, keeps the site legible to search engines and AI answer engines from day one.

The Result

The production build scores 100 for Lighthouse performance on the capabilities template (99 on the article template), passes axe with zero accessibility violations, and holds zero cumulative layout shift. Kithe launched with a credible front door that matches the quality of its proposition, on a fast stack the team owns and can publish to itself.

If you need to go from an idea to a credible, live presence quickly, let’s talk.
